My introduction into the Real Estate industry began in the early 2000’s. The industry has changed tremendously since then, and I have been fortunate enough to gain experience in many aspects of it, giving me a larger perspective into the world of Real Estate. From being a mortgage loan officer and processor to being a catastrophic insurance adjuster traveling the United States assisting homeowners with their insurance claims, I have seen it all. In the end, all of my experiences have led me to where I am today - becoming your REALTOR®.
I love working with clients from every walk of life, whether they are buying or selling. Having 3 Millennial children, I understand the needs of the younger generation and enjoy working with them as they begin their journey as first time home buyers who are on the cusp of building their family story, starting their independence, or even embarking on a career as a property investor. Being a baby boomer myself, I also enjoy working with seasoned homeowners, understanding their needs as my own - whether it be downsizing, moving to be near their grand children, or finding their perfect retirement home. I am also a registered agent of the "U.S. Military On The Move" rebate program, benefiting military members and Veterans in their relocation process.
I raised my 3 beautiful children with my Husband, Joe, and we enjoy traveling, hiking, running, entertaining (especially around the holidays!), auto racing, and spending time with those we cherish. I have spent my entire life residing in Northern California, and the last 15 years in El Dorado County. I strive to be a vital part of the community by volunteering in the cafeteria at Green Valley Church, participating in booths and public events with KLOVE & Air1 Radio Stations, and serving the communities of Sacramento and Placerville during Serve Day and Takin' It To The Streets Days. My newest endeavor is to serve as Military Family Support Group’s Treasurer, a program which provides Veterans and their families emotional support, information through all phases of military life, and a voice for their issues. I feel very strongly about this non-profit, having grown up surrounded by Veterans, as well as having a son-in-law who is a Veteran, and seeing first hand the struggles they have gone through.
Throughout my life, I have always seen home ownership as a privilege. And as your REALTOR®, it is my honor to assist you in achieving this privilege in a community that I love very dearly. I pride myself on helping clients to thoroughly understand the process of buying or selling their home, while creating lasting relationships and providing immeasurable value. My goal is to make this important process in your life, whether you are purchasing or selling a home, to be as quick and as seamless as possible while getting you the best possible value!
